ล่าสุดทาง Harris Interactive ได้ออกมาสอบถามความเห็นกับคนอเมริกากว่า 38,500 คน เกี่ยวกับแบรนด์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมสมาร์ทโฟน , แท็บเล็ต รวมไปถึงความนิยมในบรรดาผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายสัญญาณต่างๆด้วย
โดยในด้านสมาร์ทโฟน Apple ยังคงอยู่ในอันดับที่หนึ่งของผลวิจัยนี้ เป็นเวลา 2 ปีติดต่อกันแล้ว ซึ่งที่ 2 ค่อนข้างจะเซอร์ไพร์ซเล็กน้อย เนื่องจากตกเป็นของ HTC แทน ไม่ใช่ Samsung ซึ่งน่าจะมีสาเหตุมาจากยอดขายของ HTC ที่ทำได้สูงในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา แต่ทาง Sasmung กลับมียอดขายที่ต่ำ ส่วนอันดับ 4 เป็นของทาง LG น่าแปลกใจเล็กน้อยที่ทาง Nokia ไม่ติด 1 ใน 4 อันดับแรกแต่อย่างใด
ส่วนทางด้านแท็บเล็ต Apple ยังครองอันดับหนึ่งด้วยแท็บเล็ตในตระกูล iPad เป็นเวลา 3 ปีติดต่อกันแล้ว ซึ่งเป็นอีกครั้งที่ทาง Samsung ไม่อยู่อันดับ 2 แต่ร่วงลงไปถึงอันดับ 4 ตามหลังทั้ง Kindle Fire ของ Amazon และ Google Nexus ของทาง Google อีกด้วย
ขณะเดียวกันทางด้านผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายทั้งแบบรายเดือน รวมถึงแบบเติมเงิน อันดับหนึ่งตกเป็นของทาง Verizon ซึ่งเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง 2 ปีติดต่อกันทั้ง 2 ประเภทเลยด้วย

2. AT&T GoPhone
